Tokio Marine’s Philadelphia promotes Czap and Killeen to SVP
Philadelphia Insurance Companies has handed new titles to surety claims specialist Kimberly Czap and underwriting-focused Douglas Killeen, with the pair now serving the Tokio Marine Group subsidiary as senior vice president.
