S&P completes review of Bermuda-based non-operating holding companies

S&P Global Ratings has completed its review of the extent of potential regulatory restrictions on payments from Bermuda-based (re)insurance operating companies to their non-operating holding companies, with the ratings agency revising its outlook to stable for most of the NOHCs other than those for Everest Group.
