Wisconsin Re sub WRC Agency Inc sells book of business to Insural Insurance Solutions
Farmers Union Service Association-owned Insural Insurance Solutions has acquired the book of business of WRC Agency in a Stonybrook Capital-advised deal that it said will build out its portfolio as well as expand its brand and access to its services across the Midwest.
