ITC CEO Panel: Shift to focus on profitability has changed the plan for insurtechs

Insurtech leaders speaking on a panel at Insuretech Connect 2023 said the sudden shift to focusing on profitability has required “a lot of hard decisions and a lot of hard trade-offs”, although they suggested some positives would come from it.
