Puerto Rico insurer One Alliance’s credit rating downgraded

AM Best has downgraded the credit rating of One Alliance Insurance Corporation – a Puerto Rican insurer set up in late 2015 – because its Hurricane Maria losses are close to exhausting its reinsurance.
