Loeb agrees not to make further SiriusPoint takeover moves for almost two years

SiriusPoint has entered into a standstill agreement until July 2025 that provides that Daniel Loeb will not make a takeover or purchase proposal for the Bermudian (re)insurer or acquire more than 9.5 percent of its outstanding shares or an amount of ownership requiring regulatory approval.
