Kemper’s Lacher: Industry still faces “most disruptive personal lines environment” ever
Kemper’s CEO has said his company is operating in “the most disruptive personal lines environment we've ever experienced”, while its shares were trading down 7 percent on Tuesday after it announced an exit from the preferred home and auto business.
