10 states sue Fema over NFIP’s 2.0 rating formula

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (Fema) has been sued by ten states seeking to have the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP)’s new rating methodology declared unlawful and to have its implementation enjoined.
