Former AF exec set to launch programs-focused collateralised reinsurer Bay Harbor Re

Former AF Group director of commercial programs Keith Plummer has secured funding for the launch of a collateralised reinsurer called Bay Harbor Re that will target the fast-growing US programs market, pending approval of its licence by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, Program Manager can reveal.
