Swiss Re to appoint UBS CEO Ermotti chairman-elect

Reinsurance giant Swiss Re has said its board of directors will nominate Sergio Ermotti for election as a new, non-executive and independent member of the board at its forthcoming AGM, with Ermotti to take on the role of chairman the following year.
