RSA exits UK personal lines motor as sells renewal rights to Ardonagh

Intact Financial-owned RSA is exiting the UK personal lines motor market with its portfolio – which represents approximately £120mn ($147.6mn) in annual premium – being transferred to Ardonagh Retail subsidiary Swinton.
