KBW: Reinsurers still hesitant to deploy capital in Florida despite recent reforms

Reinsurers remain hesitant to allocate significant capital to Florida amid concerns that plaintiffs’ attorneys will either find loopholes in recent reforms or develop new approaches to target the industry’s deep pockets, according to KBW analyst Meyer Shields.
