Demotech committed to Florida as reforms “redefine” property market

Demotech has said the raft of reforms in Florida to tackle excessive litigation have changed the rules of engagement in the Sunshine State’s residential property insurance marketplace and will be reflected at the mid-year reinsurance renewal as the firm also committed to continue rating carriers in the segment.
