Marsh: US Finpro rates fall 10% in Q4 but property increases accelerate to 11%
US commercial insurance pricing increased by 3 percent in the fourth quarter, slowing from 5 percent in Q3 2022, as a re-hardening of the property market was offset by a significant softening in financial and professional lines, according to broker Marsh.
