RSG-All Risks: primed for further wholesale explosion

The approach by Ryan Specialty Group (RSG) and its wholesale arm RT Specialty to acquire All Risks looks to be a natural next step in a consolidating segment where scale allows the biggest players to disproportionately benefit from turbocharged market conditions.
