Aspen Capital Markets adds Hiscox Re & ILS’ Lee as COO

Aspen Insurance Holdings has hired Bermuda-based Chris Lee from Hiscox Re & ILS to serve as chief operating officer of its alternative reinsurance arm Aspen Capital Markets.
