UK motor reinsurance guru Balasuriya succeeds Chilton as Capsicum Re chair

Reinsurance intermediary Capsicum Re has appointed Raja Balasuriya as chairman, replacing Grahame ‘Chily’ Chilton in the role, who is set to rejoin parent company Gallagher.
