Beazley 623 and Cincinnati 318 target 20%+ pre-emptions for 2023

Beazley Syndicate 623 is planning a 22.8 percent stamp capacity increase for 2023, The Insurer can reveal, with Cincinnati Global Syndicate 318 among several other syndicates understood to be targeting double-digit increases in stamp capacity for next year.
