Treasury committee talks with FCA cancelled as government spirals into disarray

A much-anticipated evidence session between Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) CEO Nikhil Rathi and an influential cross-party committee of MPs was called off at the last minute on Thursday as chaos descended on Westminster amid reports Boris Johnson will resign as prime minister.
