TWIA increases adjusted building cost factors by up to 11.6% for inflation

The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) has updated construction cost factors in its adjusted building cost (ABC) endorsement by between 10.4 percent and 11.6 percent to account for “sharply rising” inflation since last year in another example of the impact of surging replacement costs.
