Heinrich promoted to CEO of Tokio Marine Highland as Blandford steps down

Tokio Marine Highland – a specialty-focused underwriting agency subsidiary of Tokio Marine Kiln – has promoted Norman Heinrich to CEO, succeeding Pat Blandford, who had served in the role since 2018.
