ISS urges vote against Swiss Re chair Ermotti in diversity dispute

Proxy adviser Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) has recommended that shareholders do not re-elect current Swiss Re chairman Sergio Ermotti due to a lack of gender diversity on the reinsurer’s board, according to a report in the Financial Times.
