One80 buys affinity specialist MGU Pearl in “transformational” deal
One80 Intermediaries has bought broker, third-party administrator, MGU and program manager Pearl Insurance, which specialises in programs for associations and unions and is thought to be among the largest acquisitions by the fast-growing specialty intermediary so far.
