Ulmer and Alliant denied motions to dismiss McGriff’s counterclaims
A Florida judge has denied Rick Ulmer’s and Alliant’s motions to dismiss counterclaims brought by McGriff in the dispute over Ulmer stepping down as CEO of the Truist Insurance Holdings retail broking subsidiary last August to join its rival.
