Despite a lower year-on-year transaction volume in Q1 2021, a “perfect storm” has led to the “most robust sellers’ market” ever seen in the insurance brokerage industry, fuelled by “enormous” amounts of private equity and inexpensive debt, according to a report from Sica Fletcher.
