Baltimore sues Dali owner and manager for gross negligence of “unseaworthy” ship

The City of Baltimore has hit back at a petition filed by the owner and manager of the vessel responsible for the Key Bridge collapse seeking to limit liability, with a lawsuit demanding a jury trial on the basis of the Dali’s “unseaworthy condition” as a result of gross negligence.
