WTW feeling Miami heat as its litigation over departures mounts

Willis Towers Watson has filed its fourth lawsuit against a rival in Miami court in less than a year, this time taking issue with erstwhile merger partner Aon’s hiring of its employees. The broker will hope that its new strategy and the imminent sale of Willis Re mean it will feel the need to resort to the courts less.
