Vandoninck and Holden resign from newly minted Fidelis MGU

The newly created MGU from the separation of Fidelis into balance sheet and underwriting platforms is facing the loss of its Bermuda CEO Philip Vandoninck and reinsurance CEO Richard Holden, The Insurer can reveal.
