777 Partners in bid to dismiss Leadenhall’s $350mn+ fraud suit

Controversial Miami investment firm 777 Partners and its leaders have asked the US Court for the Southern District of New York to dismiss the explosive lawsuit filed against it by ILS manager Leadenhall Capital Partners claiming it has falsely lodged hundreds of millions of dollars of collateral.
