Activist investor Ides Capital demands changes at P&C insurer Safety

Ides Capital Management has revealed it is waging an activist investor campaign against Boston-based regional property casualty insurer Safety Insurance, with the New York-based investment firm making two board nominations and demanding significant share buybacks.
