Activist investor rails against $56 a share “low-ball bid” for FFG

Farm Bureau P&C Insurance Company (FBPC)’s upped $56 a share offer to take private its affiliated New York-based life insurer FBL Financial Group (FFG) is the result of “an inadequate process, a conflicted committee, and bad math”, according to shareholder Ron Bobman of Capital Returns.
