Advisen panel: Property underwriters look to turn valuation talk into action

This year has seen valuations come into much greater focus for property underwriters as losses have come in much higher than reported values, according to speakers at an Advisen conference, although brokers suggest buyers who do a good job on this issue are not necessarily rewarded for that.
