Aerospace insurers “more sympathetic” as rate rises decelerate

After years of repeated rate rises, aerospace insurance underwriters are now taking “a more sympathetic approach” to desirable business with price increases starting to slow down as capacity enters the market, although carriers remain cautious in some segments, according to Starr Insurance Companies’ Jade Whitcroft.
