AIG and Axa XL hit by Ukrainian airline’s $83.3mn aviation claim

Ukrainian charter airline Wind Rose Aviation has sued units of AIG and Axa XL, demanding they pay out $83.3mn to cover the loss of nine planes detained in Russia and Ukraine since the conflict began in February 2022.
