Aon says WTW’s restrictive covenants “unreasonable” in fac hires dispute

Following on from a judge last month approving a temporary injunction in WTW’s dispute with Aon over Miami-based fac departures, the parties in the case have provided a status report in which Aon argues the restrictive covenants at issue are “unreasonable restraint of trade” and “likely unenforceable”.
