Aon-WTW on course for $800mn cost synergies despite divestments

Aon’s combination with Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is still anticipated to deliver the $800mn of cost synergies projected when the deal was announced last March, even taking into account divestment remedies offered to regulators, according to the broker’s CFO Christa Davies.
