Aquiline to merge two property insurance claims services firms

Jeff Greenberg-led private equity firm Aquiline Capital Partners has announced agreements to merge Insurance Claims Management and FV Holdings, a deal which will see the combination of two providers of managing interior and exterior damage assessment and repair.
