Ardonagh cuts controlling stake in Solis Re, closes deal for UK motor broker Lloyd Latchford

Ardonagh has disposed of its controlling stake in Latin America and Caribbean-focused managing general agent Solis Re, as well as closing the £15.3mn acquisition of UK motor broker Lloyd Latchford Group.
