Argo calls Bobman claims “naive”, says company has been “successfully transformed”

Argo has issued its strongest rejection yet of the board nominees proposed by activist investor Capital Returns, saying the insurer has been “successfully transformed” in the past three years and that the investment firm’s president has made “numerous naive” and “factually false” claims.
