Australian insurers welcome NSW resilience funding; call for tax reforms

Australian insurers have welcomed funding in the 2023-24 New South Wales state budget to support flood-affected communities and improve disaster resilience, but said more work must be done to reform insurance taxes and bring down coverage costs in future budgets.
