Axa in exclusive talks to offload asset management unit to BNP Paribas in €5.1bn deal

Axa has entered exclusive talks over a €5.1bn deal to sell its asset management unit to BNP Paribas, with the two firms set to enter a long-term investment management agreement should the deal complete.
