Cannabis MGU start-up Pacific Underwriting Facility launches with Deans & Homer partnership

Former CK Specialty California head of brokerage Allen Shiu has teamed up with MGA Deans & Homer and its president Will Dearie along with former Sirius executives Dan Wilson and Bob Kuehn to launch cannabis-focused agency Pacific Underwriting Facility, with $5mn of capacity from an A rated carrier, Program Manager can reveal.
