Chubb’s Greenberg says Covid-19 will be at least a $100bn loss for insurers

Chubb CEO Evan Greenberg said the industry loss from Covid-19 will be “$100bn or greater” and revealed that the carrier had received tens of thousands of pandemic-related claims in the 55 countries it operates and has been paying out on some of them for business interruption.
