Elkann: Exor’s ownership “has made PartnerRe a better company”

Exor said it remains on course to close the sale of PartnerRe to Covéa in the first half of next year, with the Italian investment firm’s chairman and CEO John Elkann stating that the reinsurer had become “a much more efficient company” under Exor’s ownership.
