Ercot hits Cincinnati with counterclaims in Uri dispute

The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (Ercot) has hit back at an amended lawsuit brought by Cincinnati Insurance, in a filing that argues the insurer has a duty to defend the Texas electricity grid operator against claims asserted by underlying plaintiffs related to Winter Storm Uri.
