FCA sets out to be “tough” regulator as outlines 2021/22 business plan

UK regulator the Financial Conduct Authority said today it will adopt an “assertive” and “tough” approach as it launched its business plan for the year ahead, its first annual plan since Nikhil Rathi took the helm as CEO in October 2020.
