FCA to ban “unjustified” broker commissions in clampdown on building insurance costs

The UK’s financial services watchdog is to ban insurance brokers from paying “unjustified” commissions to third parties as part of a clampdown on the rising cost of insurance for leaseholders in high-rise residential buildings.
