Florida panel: “Transformational” reforms should attract start-ups and lower reinsurance costs

Florida homeowners insurance executives have acknowledged that the major 2022 legislative reforms will take time to impact the market, but said they are highly optimistic for the sector’s future with start-ups expected to enter to depopulate Citizens and reinsurance costs set to eventually fall.
