Gallagher acquires two US marine brokers in late 2020 M&A drive
Arthur J Gallagher has acquired marine broking specialists North Star Insurance Services (NSIS) and North Star Marine Insurance Services (NSMIS) during what is expected to be a busy final few weeks of M&A for the business.
