Generali dismisses “groundless” claims from former directors

Generali’s board has dismissed allegations made about the company by former directors Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone and Romolo Bardin in their recent resignation letters, calling them “groundless” and “often offensive” as the war of words between the parties escalates.
